Who We Are
Rush Mountain Land is owned and operated by me, Brian Rushing. We buy rural and vacant land in Arkansas, mostly from owners who inherited property, moved away, or are simply tired of paying taxes on land they don’t use.
I grew up in the South and spent years in Louisiana before moving my family to Montana. I’ve always believed rural land should belong to someone who will actually use it, whether that’s a family building a cabin, a hunter, or someone looking for a quiet place to camp on weekends. For a lot of owners, though, a parcel they never visit becomes a yearly tax bill and a nagging to-do item. That’s where we come in.
How We Work
- Clear written offers. Our price is on paper from the start. No pressure, no games.
- We pay the costs. Closing costs, deed preparation, recording and transfer tax are on us.
- You stay in control. Close by mail, or through a title company if you’d prefer a third party to handle the money.
- We do what we say. If something comes up during our review, we’ll tell you plainly and promptly.
